For orders outside the EU, this amount will be deducted from the cost of the goods only if the country of destination is correctly selected (Channel Island customers should select Channel Islands from the country field, NOT UK). Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of customers to pay on or after receipt of goods.

International DVD Formats.
bee bright DVDs are produced in the UK and are encoded as Region 0 DVDs, which means that they are capable of being played anywhere in the world.
However, please note that our DVDs are produced using the PAL video format. PAL is the standard video and broadcast format used in the UK, Europe, and many countries in Asia and Australasia. PAL is not used in the USA, Japan, and some other countries where NTSC is the local video format.
Wherever you are in the World, most modern DVD and Blu-Ray players will now play PAL DVDs automatically, or can be manually switched to play PAL DVDs. However we recommend that all foreign customers check that their viewing equipment is capable of playing PAL DVDs before placing an order. We regret that we can only offer limited refunds to foreign customers who find that they cannot play PAL DVDs purchased from us.
Wherever you are in the world, our DVDs will normally play in any laptop computer or other computer-based DVD player.

Returns Policy Short deliveries or damaged items must be reported to our returns department within three days of receipt in order to receive prompt attention.
We believe that you will be delighted with your bee bright products. However, if for any reason you should wish to return any items, you may do so within 30 days. Returned items must be received by our returns department unopened and in their original condition within 30 days of their delivery date. Opened and used products may only be returned for refund if they are faulty. Our returns department will check all items returned as being damaged or defective. In the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the items and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to a 'cooling off' period, during which they may withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the date that the item is delivered. You must inform us in writing of your decision to return an item within 7 days of delivery and the item itself must be received by us within 14 days of delivery. In such cases items must be returned unopened, unused, and in saleable condition. We do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
If in such cases the decision to return is through no fault of our own you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you have returned an item that is not defective we also reserve the right to retain a fee for postage and packing.
As soon as we receive an unwanted product we will refund the purchase price for that item. We cannot refund any express or courier component of the outgoing or incoming postage charge, unless the return is due to a faulty product or service provided by us.
You will be notified by email that the product has been received and that a refund will be made via the system used to make the original payment. Refunds normally take place within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.
If you wish to return any item, please contact our returns department.
